Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Sales Director to lead our Central and West Region teams. This is a key role within Virtuous Advisors & Resources Private Ltd, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding assets under management (AUM) in these regions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the asset management industry, a proven track record of sales leadership, and strong market expertise within these regions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve AUM targets

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets

* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adjust sales strategies

Client Relationship Management:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals

* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and delivering value-added services

Revenue Growth & AUM Expansion:

* Drive revenue growth by increasing sales of our asset management products and services

* Focus on increasing AUM through strategic initiatives, including new client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients

Reporting & Analysis:

* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management

* Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed

Compliance & Risk Management:

* Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies

* Work with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact sales processes or client relationships

Key Skills & Qualification Requirement:

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional role

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and the asset management industry

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

* In-depth knowledge of the regional market

Education: MBA / CA / CFA
Experience: 8-10 years in Asset Management or Financial Services
