Job Title: Global Inside Sales Manager

About the Opportunity:

Optimal Virtual Employee is a leading provider of digital marketing, software development, and mobile application development services. We are seeking a results-driven sales manager to lead our global inside sales team and drive significant revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong client relationship management, and an ability to develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy for the US and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy for the US and UK markets
  • Lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives
  • Identify, engage, and close high-potential clients in the US and UK, focusing on large, strategic deals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-10 years of experience in inside sales, with a strong background in international markets
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing large accounts
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
