About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Global Sales Expansion Manager will be responsible for identifying and penetrating new international markets to expand our client base. This role will lead efforts to generate leads and convert them into paying customers, develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals, build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team, and work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Global Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new international markets to expand our client base.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Lead efforts to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
- Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in global B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven Track Record: Proven ability to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets across international markets.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients and teams.
- Leadership Experience: Experience building and leading successful sales teams.
