Sales Director for Private Market Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive the expansion of our private market offerings to high net worth individuals and institutions.
Oister Global is a leading player in the capital markets, and we require a strong individual to position our products as highly promising wealth creation opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for staying informed about Indian and global trends influencing investments in the private markets in India. They will also handle sales paperwork, data collation, and reporting, ensuring a smooth redressal of post-sales requirements.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of sales activities for private market products, ensuring that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved. You will also monitor daily sales activity management information and use internal tools to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet with key clients.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of capital markets and financial products, particularly private markets. Deep knowledge of the sales process and excellent communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and one regional language is desired.
Additionally, you will leverage your network and market intelligence to increase reach in the market and develop strong negotiation skills.
