Global Sales Director

About the Role:
Oister Global seeks an experienced Assistant Vice President Sales to lead its sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted revenue growth, leveraging strong relationships across regional sales hierarchies in wealth management and private sector banking set-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities, including sales paperwork, data collation, and reporting.
- Achieve agreed financial targets and profit growth through the development of existing and new relationships, ensuring an adequate mix across all products.
- Maintain market share by deepening relationships and enhancing sales performance.
- Promote sales activities through various meetings and training programs for partners and their teams.
- Support wealth managers and advisors on joint calls with customers for sales closure.
- Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal tools to effectively grow or maintain share of wallet of premier distribution clients.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of capital markets and other financial products, with a preference for private market experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of working experience in B2B financial services, preferably with an Asset Management Company or a PMS/AIF manager.
- Deep understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and one regional language.
- Solid network and ability to leverage market intelligence for increasing reach in the market.
- Strong negotiation skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
