**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Key Sales Professional to join our team at Oister Global. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across various private market products, leveraging strong relationships with regional sales hierarchy in wealth management and private sector banking set-ups.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and executing strategies to position our products effectively with advisors and converting them into distributors.
  • Managing sales paperwork, data collation, and reporting while ensuring smooth post-sales requirements through coordination with respective departments.
  • Achieving agreed financial targets and profit growth through the development of existing and new relationships.
  • Leveraging expertise to deepen relationships and enhance market share for private market products.
  • Ensuring adequate product mix and meeting set sales targets.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • Demonstrated understanding of capital markets and other financial products, with a preference for experience in private markets.
  • A minimum of 7 years of working experience in B2B financial services, preferably with an Asset Management Company or a PMS / AIF manager.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid network and ability to utilize market intelligence for increasing reach in the market.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
