Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Global Sales Professional - Digital Learning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential learners, communicating the value proposition of NIIT's programs, and managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
Main Responsibilities- Engagement and Lead Generation: Build relationships with potential learners through phone, email, chat, and social media, generating interest in NIIT's programs.
- Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers by effectively demonstrating the benefits and features of NIIT's offerings and closing sales.
- Post-Sales Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers after the sale, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding and effective engagement in sales processes.
- Goal Orientation: High drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Communication & Influencing Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and engage with strangers, making persuasive arguments for NIIT's offerings.
- Self-Motivation & Energy: High levels of self-motivation and energy to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
