We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts in the South Asia market. This role will be based out of Delhi and will focus on selling TFP products, services, and solutions to existing customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector operations and logistics industry workflows, with a minimum of 5-7 years of account management experience. They will also have a proven track record of driving account expansion and retention through strategic planning and value delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital transformation and has a strong ability to engage with senior officials and C-Level executives across sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, as well as managing cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with government policies and regulatory frameworks affecting public sector digitization and logistics industry trends
  • Track and report on key account performance metrics to ensure visibility into account health and growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of account management experience in the public sector or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of public sector operations and logistics industry workflows
  • Familiarity with the Delhi region and access to relevant public and logistics sector stakeholders
  • Government & Tender Experience: Knowledge of government contracts, tender management, and procurement processes
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage with senior officials and C-Level executives across sectors
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at handling complex client requirements and delivering customized solutions
