NBR Sales and Account Management Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NBR Sales and Account Management Executive to join our team at Rashmi Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work on strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align account strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the chemical or rubber industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and its applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts successfully.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
