Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to oversee our customer service team. This role involves managing a team of representatives who provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Process Oversight: Oversee the entire customer service process, from initial contact to resolution.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for customer service.
  • Training and Development: Plan and conduct training sessions to standardize service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
