Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Executive to oversee our customer service team. This role involves managing a team of representatives who provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Process Oversight: Oversee the entire customer service process, from initial contact to resolution.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures for customer service.
- Training and Development: Plan and conduct training sessions to standardize service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
