Job Description

At Snaphunt, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team.

The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional inbound calls and emails.

This role involves resolving customer inquiries and requests while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

The ambassador will also work closely with internal teams to guarantee prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

In addition, the ambassador will escalate customer feedback as required.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year experience within a Customer Service role is required, preferably in the Other Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with International BPO and Customer Service principles is a must.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ambassador should have a keen eye for detail and deliver high-quality work.
  • A strong teamwork ethic and ability to manage multiple stakeholders are crucial.
What We Offer
