About the Role
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will handle customer queries through mail within turnaround time (TAT), respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, identify customer needs, and help customers use specific features. Responsibilities

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience and excellent problem-solving skills.
