Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Mínimum 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
