Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Mínimum 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
