Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at Convergint Asia Pacific. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and managing relations with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Convergint Technologies' products and technology, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be responsible for developing new requests and generating revenue from existing clients, as well as supporting the CS team and other departments as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and efficient response to all service requests.
- Manage relations with existing clients within assigned region, working closely with CS Reps to coordinate all customer service issues.
- Provide routine preventive maintenance and handle daily trouble-shooting, following up on all open technical issues until they are resolved.
- Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional customer training.
- Promote CS selling and generate revenue from all existing clients.
Requirements:
- Experience on Lenel/CCure/AMAG/Gallagher (anyone is fine).
- Customer-centric approach, ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
