Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). About the Role:- Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist, you will need:
