We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Solutions Specialist to join our team at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling customer cases, and working closely with support teams to ensure high levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • 1-3 years of experience with OPERA product exposure (advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region
