Customer Service Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Solutions Specialist to join our team at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling customer cases, and working closely with support teams to ensure high levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- 1-3 years of experience with OPERA product exposure (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
