To succeed in this role, the selected candidate must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer certifications
  • Proficiency in Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce development best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and client communication skills
