Job Title: Customer Support Associate/Senior Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at AuditorsDesk. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
• Resolve technical issues related to our online platform or products/services, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent delivery of high-quality customer support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce OR related commerce background is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
