Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Dutch

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Riga, Latvia. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide solutions to end users.
  • Document case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.
  • Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle.
  • Escalate high-priority issues as per client specifications to the immediate lead if necessary.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Adhere to quality standards on all handled contacts.
  • Follow the work schedule and be prepared to start work on time.
  • Manage contacts while meeting project-defined targets: response time, handle time, and resolution rate.
  • Undertake any additional tasks that may enhance client service or improve your KPIs.
  • Participate in training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Professional fluency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B1 level) both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.
  • Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm at 90% accuracy.
  • An optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-driven individual.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • A service-oriented profile with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to work shift hours/part-time (as legally permissible) and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • No negative remarks in a background check such as a criminal record and willingness to undergo such a background check process during the recruitment process.
