Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at IDigitalPreneur. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Telugu and English, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Telugu and English
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Gather feedback and share with internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Positive attitude and empathy towards customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
