Customer Support Representative

At IDigitalPreneur, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional support to our Telugu-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in Telugu.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Telugu and English.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Gather feedback and share with the internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Required Qualifications:
• Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Patience when handling tough cases.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Positive attitude and empathy towards customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
