Customer Support Representative

Integrated Language Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across various international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Field inbound sales and support calls, emails, and chats
• Assist customers with product-related questions and provide solutions to their needs
• Provide Level 1 technical support for customers with basic troubleshooting questions
• Translate and create Help Desk content, including manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting videos, in the local language for assigned countries and marketplaces
Requirements
• Fluency in English and the local language of the designated country and/or marketplace(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in each language
• Customer-focused with the ability to understand, communicate, and meet customer needs
• Superb communication and negotiation attributes
• Excellent computer skills and experience with CRM technologies
• Ability to type 50 WPM
• Respectful, supportive, and inclusive with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
