Customer Support Role Overview

The Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our Kannada-speaking customers. This position is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and concerns and provide suitable solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Assist customers in navigating our products and services, offering guidance and troubleshooting advice.
  • Document all customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve their issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs to enhance customer support capabilities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Kannada and proficiency in English.
  • Proven customer support experience or relevant role.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic approach towards customer concerns and complaints.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
