Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Platton Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics services.

• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

• Assist customers with booking, tracking, and managing shipments through our online platform.

• Address customer concerns, handle complaints, and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive updates to customers regarding potential delays or issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Intermediate or higher level of English.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
