Senior Equity Sales Executive

Sales Executive RoleWe are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our team as an Equity Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in equity sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
- Conduct in-depth discussions and comprehensive assessments to develop customized equity investment solutions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Provide investment recommendations based on the product range available.
- Identify potential clients through direct sources or partners and generate sales leads.
- Convert sales leads to revenue generation.
- Ensure a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Drive direct sales efforts, engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to convert leads into sales.
Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree and possess at least 2+ years of experience in equity sales. A strong understanding of equity products and markets is essential, along with excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
