Job Description:

The National Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining consistent contact and providing sales and service to all retailers and distributors in their assigned region. They will also assist Area Sales Managers with promotional ideas to increase business within the region, manage monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives, and provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, and effective communication skills. They will also be able to identify and track industry trends and issues, execute sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives, and any other goals given by the Manager.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG/Personal Care/Beauty/Cosmetic Industry
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
