Job Description

This Sales Account Manager role is focused on identifying and selling Soliton's services to potential customers in the Hi-Tech Engineering space, specifically semiconductor manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and influencing skills, as well as experience in developing and executing successful account plan strategies that have converted into business wins.

The clear objectives of this role include meeting targets and delivering feedback to the organization to improve alignment with existing accounts or penetrate new accounts. To accomplish this, the Sales Account Manager must be able to find and close opportunities, build relationships of trust at multiple levels within a customer account, and develop a clear understanding of a client's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve an annual quota and deliver double-digit portfolio growth by closing sales within target accounts.
  • Prioritize, develop, and execute an account and site-based plan to address the account's needs and concerns.
  • Act as a business and technical consultant to customers and prospects, establishing strong customer relationships through professional, value-added interactions.
  • Create and lead client proposals and presentations, focusing on identified business pain points and presenting Soliton solutions that deliver positive business impact.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for both internal and external interactions.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful account plan strategies that have converted into business wins.
  • Track record of formulating and executing creative strategies to win complex opportunities.
  • Expertise in the semiconductor industry and background knowledge of Test, Measurement & Validation Industry.

  • A salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
