Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Key Account Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical sales support to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their needs, and explaining how our products or services can meet those needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in the technical aspects of the sales process, providing the necessary technical information to close deals.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations, ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed.
- Technical Expertise & Solution Development: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technical specifications and functionalities, offer technical consultation to customers, and work with customers to customize products or solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations of our product to potential clients, showcasing its features and benefits.
- Customer Support & Relationship Management: Provide ongoing technical support to customers after the sale, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- 2-3 Years Industry Experience in Product / Equipment Sales to Process and Utility industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in conducting On-Site Technical Demonstrations.
- Experience in CAPEX Product Sales Activities preferred.
- Predictive maintenance, reliability, Energy Management, and maintenance practices preferred.
- Travelling is essential.
- Freshers can also be considered for internship and job opportunities post-internship.
