We are seeking a Key Account Sales Director to join our team at Proklean Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role

The Key Account Sales Director will be responsible for acquiring and retaining key accounts in the institutional cleaning products sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new key accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into paying customers and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the institutional cleaning products industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and solutions used in institutional settings.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
