Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Director to drive growth in our Commercial account base and close deals of varying sizes and sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to introduce innovative solutions to new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing strategies for account expansion.
  • Nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, promoting long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, optimizing account revenue and profitability.
  • Utilize data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
  • Experience managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
About the Role:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Based in Karnataka, India, you will work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work remotely part-time.
