Account Development Director

We are seeking a skilled Account Development Director to drive growth in our Commercial account base and close deals of varying sizes and sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to introduce innovative solutions to new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing strategies for account expansion.
- Nurture customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention, promoting long-term strategic partnerships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, optimizing account revenue and profitability.
- Utilize data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to effectively prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in the SaaS industry with a proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
- Experience managing and expanding customer relationships at various levels.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
