Job Title: Strategic Account Director

The Strategic Account Director at Adfactors PR leads our teams in developing and delivering strategic and creative solutions for clients. They partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute communication plans on traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships at operational and CXO levels by providing strategic and digital advocacy.
  • Drive the development of tactical plans, translating strategies into tactics.
  • Help develop award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for clients.
  • Build relationships with senior journalists and influencers.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of a national media universe for clients.
  • Guide Account Managers to track upcoming news stories and proactive pitching.
  • Drive new business through participating in client pitches.
  • Direct the Account Manager in client retention and servicing cost management.
  • Coach and develop a team of highly engaged individuals.

Requirements:

  • Master's/ Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/ PR/ Journalism from a reputed institute.
  • At least 10 to 12 years experience in a PR/ digital agency, preferably in handling clients.
