Key Account Development Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in the Nutraceutical industry.
About You
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Relationship Management, preferably within the Consumer Durables and Personal Care & Cosmetics industry.
- You possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly goal-driven, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain key accounts, resulting in significant revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales planning, operations, and performance management, ensuring accurate forecasts and informed business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on account development and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform business decisions.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
