Seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at The Wedding Company, a leading provider of premium wedding services in India. As a Key Account Developer, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients and closing sales for our high-end wedding services.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Present and promote our premium wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
  • Secure bookings for wedding services against a pre-decided token amount for booking.

You will work closely with internal teams, including event planners, vendors, and support staff, to ensure a seamless sales process. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A flair for sales and the ability to handle clients with confidence.
  • Fresher or 0-1 year of experience with a go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to develop strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
