Key Account Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Business Developer to join our team at Tangent Inc. The ideal candidate will focus on generating sales by handling incoming calls and conducting online customer meetings to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and online customer meetings to understand and address client needs, leveraging strong communication skills to build trust with customers.
2. Propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements, utilizing product knowledge to deliver exceptional value.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, driving growth through strategic partnerships and relationship development.
4. Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
5. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain accurate records and sales data in the CRM system, ensuring seamless collaboration and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to drive collective success.
