About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at LambdaTest. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of a portfolio of assigned customers
  • Development of new business opportunities from existing clients
  • Negotiation and closure of agreements
  • Maintenance of trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or relevant role
  • B.Tech in C.S, I.T, MBA-Marketing or related field
  • Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
