Cleartrip is a leading travel company seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our key account strategy.

About the Role

This is a highly responsible and challenging position that requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to key accounts.

You will develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during negotiations or throughout the partnership.

In addition, you will analyze data related to key accounts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

Collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support is also essential to align strategies, address client needs, and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements
  • 4-9 years of relevant industry experience in key account management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
