We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Accounts Growth Manager to join our team at RPS Consulting Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, researching new target market initiatives, and building positive relationships with clients to drive business growth.

This role involves creating business development plans, forecasting sales targets, and liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and new connections
  • Research and implement new target market initiatives
  • Brief existing and potential clients to build positive relationships and drive sales

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience of 5+ years in Training / IT Sales / System Integrators (SI) Sales / Hunting Role / Sales only / B2B
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of corporate training, software sales, ITES, and IT training industries
