About our founding team:

Job Requirements:

We are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to:

  • Build and manage a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents.
  • Educate members about TravClan and oversee 100-200 business accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance, product, and marketing teams to develop better processes, products, and reach.
  • Promote healthy agent retention while growing the volume of Agent's business through TravClan.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while managing Agent's grievances related to payments, services, and products.
  • Effectively manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
  • Organize country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups for members.

  • Show good understanding of different business verticals.
  • Demonstrate discipline and a process-oriented approach.
  • Exercise presence of mind.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt.
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months.

Compensation Package:

Competitive monthly stipend of INR 25,000 for the first 3 months, increasing by INR 5,000 every month thereafter.

This role is ideal for individuals who:

  • Thrives in challenging environments.
  • Enjoy closing sales and meeting targets.
  • Are comfortable speaking with clients on call for extended periods.

This role may not be suitable for those who:

  • Are uncomfortable with sales and targets.
  • Struggle with speaking with customers on call for prolonged periods.
  • Find it difficult to resolve customer queries or escalations.
  • Cannot handle long working hours (10-12 hours daily).
  • Are not comfortable working on Saturdays (6 days a week).
