About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling them to create mutually beneficial environments for all parties they work with. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience and helping clients achieve their desired objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in customer success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, commensurate with industry standards. Job Location: Bangalore. Work from office setup.
