We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at FatakPay.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
  • Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Pursue opportunities to expand existing customer relationships by introducing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the correct products and services to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining trust.
  • Play a key role in generating new sales that convert into long-term relationships.
  • Maintain regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a key account manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with professionals across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
