We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at FatakPay.

Responsibilities- Develop strong, trusting relationships with major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
- Gain a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Pursue opportunities to expand existing customer relationships by introducing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of the correct products and services to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining trust.
- Play a key role in generating new sales that convert into long-term relationships.
- Maintain regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Demonstrated experience as a key account manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with professionals across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
