Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and drive growth through new business development. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in negotiating contracts, developing trusted advisor relationships, and forecasting key account metrics.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify and grow opportunities within your territory, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions, and maintain sharp attention to detail while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- B.Tech in C.S, I.T, MBA-Marketing, or related field
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
