We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at SI Surgical Pvt Ltd. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers in the Dubai market.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our products/services and the market to effectively sell and advise customers.
  • Negotiation: Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the management, detailing activities, progress, and results.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: Previous sales experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

**Benefits:**

  • Salary: AED 2000-2200 per month
  • Commission/Bonus: Additional performance-based incentives.

Estimated Salary: AED 2100 per month based on the job requirements and location.
