We are seeking an experienced Merchant Partnerships Business Development Lead to join our team at Discoveries Quintessential. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with merchant partners, understanding their business needs, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of experience in relationship management, business development, or partnership roles within fintech, payments, or related industries. You should also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with merchant partners and understand their business needs.
">
  • Prioritize and onboard potential merchant partners that align with our business goals.
">
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of merchant offerings on our platform.
">
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
">

Requirements:

">
  • 7+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, or partnership roles within fintech, payments, or related industries.
">
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
">
  • In-depth understanding of merchant acquisition strategies, payment systems, and digital platforms.
">

Location: Mumbai | Work From Office (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM)

Salary Range: ₹60 Lakhs - ₹80 Lakhs per annum
