Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Partnership Accelerator to join our team at Paytm, where you will play a key role in accelerating the depth of our partnership with agencies in the west market. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with key agency stakeholders, transforming how we collaborate & integrate, and evangelizing the Paytm Ads product suite.

Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company, focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform by offering them a variety of payment use cases. Our mission is to empower millions of Indians to pay via various payment instruments, including Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, and Paytm Payments Bank Net banking.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with Agencies to help them leverage Paytm Ads to grow their clients' businesses.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels across the agency community (from CXO to execution) to build mutually beneficial ways of partnering to accelerate client adoption of the platform and products.
  • Advise and execute on Paytm's agency go-to-market strategy with the objective of maximizing long-term revenue into our Marketing Solutions business.
Requirements
  • 5+ yrs. Marketing / Agency / Advertising /Sales experience.
  • Experience managing internal and external relationships.
  • Strong digital advertising experience expertise.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth of Paytm's Marketing Solutions business.
