Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Experience Partnership Development Lead to join our team in France. As a quota-carrying role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue through our partner ecosystem, building strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partners, and developing go-to-market plans to drive pipeline opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with Digital Agencies, Technology Partners, Global System Integrators, and other in-territory partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, services, support, and management to meet partner performance expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Achieve net new sales growth: Drive bookings through partner-sourced and partner-influenced initiatives, targeting assigned targets.
  • Develop joint marketing strategies: Create and implement go-to-market plans with partners to drive opportunities and expand the pipeline.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Channel and alliances sales experience: At least 5 years of experience in complex B2B environments, preferably in the Digital Experience space.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing agencies: Strong understanding of systems integrators, web development firms, and their value proposition.
  • Sustainable partnership growth: Proven ability to grow channel partnerships through strategic account planning and effective pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English (oral and written) and French (native level).
  • Startup environment experience: Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is highly preferred.
