About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels to drive relevant traffic and acquire customers efficiently. They will also analyze market trends, conduct customer research, and develop user personas to identify effective digital marketing channels. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels to drive relevant traffic and acquire customers efficiently.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct customer research, and develop user personas to identify effective digital marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, branding, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage an efficient tele-sales channel for fulfilment of digital leads, focusing on end-to-end conversion, cost of acquisition, and industry benchmarked fulfilment rates.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
