Job Title: Brand Partnership Developer

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Brand Partnership Developer. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to brand needs quickly.

About the Role:

This position involves connecting brands with unique influencer marketing opportunities, crafting strategies, and creating lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or sales, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful.
What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
  • Freshers with the hunger for growth and right networking skills are also welcome to apply.
