Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute cold outreach, email campaigns, and account-based marketing strategies to engage B2B clients.
  • Email Standards & Performance: Enforce email standards, analyze performance metrics, and advise on best practices for compliance and engagement.
  • Trend Implementation & Deliverability: Stay up-to-date on global email trends, track and correct DNSBL listings, and resolve ISP blocks to maintain email deliverability and reputation.
  • Optimization & Feedback: Design and test email deliverability strategies, apply and verify feedback loops to improve email sending practices.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain DNS and MTAs, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of email delivery.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Implement segmentation strategies to tailor email campaigns based on audience demographics and behaviors.
  • A/B Testing & Automation: Plan and execute A/B tests on email elements, utilize automation platforms for triggered sequences, drip campaigns, and workflows.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Generate performance reports, collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with business objectives, and stay informed on emerging trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-8 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, Prospectoo, Sendgrid, Apollo, and Lusha.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
