We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our client servicing team and support our internal marketing efforts. With a strong focus on innovative solutions, this individual will drive growth through effective social media strategies, content creation, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand values and growth goals. This includes planning, scheduling, and publishing content that showcases our work, highlights design insights, and connects with our audience.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with our content team to create engaging social media content (graphics, short videos, stories) that highlights design, content, and client success stories. Identify relevant content from industry leaders and curate them into social media post ideas.
  • Campaign Management: Organize and manage social media campaigns around key themes, product launches, or company milestones, tracking performance to refine future campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze social media metrics, report on engagement, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and content for higher reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in managing social media clients and web development projects, preferably in leading digital marketing agencies.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in Marketing/Communication/Advertising from a Premier Institute
  • Engagement-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies with a passion for creating content that resonates with our brand voice.
  • Creative & Design Savvy: Experience with creating and curating visually compelling content, with a good eye for design.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in social media analytics, able to translate metrics into insights and infer meaningful outcomes.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
