About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver projects effectively.

This role is integral to maintaining smooth project workflows, managing diverse marketing initiatives, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:

The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across teams to ensure timely and effective delivery, utilizing project management tools to track progress and resolve issues promptly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations. They will work closely with teams in outbound marketing, performance marketing, SEO, and design to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.

  • Marketing Operations:

The selected individual will support marketing initiatives by ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, contributing to strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing projects.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights, and ensuring client feedback is incorporated into project workflows.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Pixelo Digital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B setup, with a proven track record in leading successful marketing operations.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of marketing, outbound campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, and design principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay at the forefront of evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, driving innovation and continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
